Live attack intelligence company Norse has appointed David Weier as senior vice president of worldwide sales. Weier is an accomplished sales executive with more than 20 years experience who will use his expertise to build upon the momentum the Norse sales team has already achieved, particularly abroad, and to leverage the growing recognition among enterprise security professionals of the importance of threat intelligence.
“The opportunities for Norse within this market are growing rapidly as organisations of all kinds recognize the necessity of making threat intelligence a foundational element of their security posture,” says Weier.
Prior to joining Norse, Weier was Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Synack, a crowd security intelligence company and the Vice President of Global Sales for Wurldtech, a provider of cyber security for critical.
