Apple iPhone 5S and 5C announcement live blogs: Take your pick!

The next best thing to being on the Apple campus in Silicon Valley for its product announcement extravaganza Tuesday is following along with live blogs of the action.

Here's a quick rundown of some organizations that will be live blogging the Cupertino event, which takes place at 1pm EST and 10am PST, and is expected to include news about what might possible will be referred to as the iPhone 5S and a lower priced iPhone 5C. Apple is also expected to officially release iOS 7 software, which it announced at the Worldwide Developers Conference in June.

The invitation to Apple's event, issued last week, read: "This should brighten everyone's day," fueling speculation that more color choices of iPhones will become available. Apple has live streamed some events in the past for Apple TV customers and via its website, so it could be worth checking in here to see if that happens this time around (as usual, Apple is being cryptic about this).

We figure it's a good idea to give you a handful of live blog links, as often these can get overwhelmed and you might wanna bounce from one to another to digest all their amazing insights and witty asides! Note that some of the live blogs will crank up at noon EST/9am PST to set the scene ahead of the actual event.

(Network World will be posting content from our sister publications, including IDG News Service, which will be at 4 Infinite Loop on Apple's campus.)
